Our Dream

We are a church that is challenging people to take the next steps in their spiritual journey with Christ and is working together to make a lasting, God honouring difference locally and globally. We desire to be a community of people who are passionately committed to loving God and others.

Why Can't We?

Why can’t we change our focus from changing church, to changing the world or at least focused parts of it?

Why can’t we be used by God to go out and bless Greater Victoria and Vicente Guerrero in such a way that thousands of people in those communities speak differently about Jesus and His church? With the result being - hundreds of lives being transformed; marriages and families being put back together; people walking away from addictions; people giving their lives to Jesus; the impact of injustice and poverty both being reduced; communities being transformed. Why can’t that happen?

Why can’t we be used by God to help thousands of people take the next steps in their spiritual journey with Christ?

Why can’t we raise up hundreds of men and women to be the next generation of local church leaders?

Why can’t we stop being so concerned about the institutional church and its programs and start being more concerned about training up and releasing hundreds and hundreds of people to be agents of blessing in their communities and beyond?

Why can’t we stop doing activities that don’t change anything and instead focus on being used by God to create a forceful movement for Him?

Why can’t we baptize hundreds of people over the next few years? Why can’t we?

Why can’t we stop pushing traditional evangelism programs and start allowing people to see Jesus by simply blessing them with good deeds and good words?

Why can’t we ignore the spiritually fat butted critics and instead move forward with those who want to impact their world for Jesus?

Why can’t we stop believing those who say – you can’t in Victoria? The city doesn’t like change. The city is small thinking. The city likes to be traditional and safe. Remember - critics will never change the world.

Why can’t we be a bunch of sold out Christ followers who are going out and shining brightly for Jesus by blessing and serving others, our communities and the world?

Why can’t we become an unstoppable force for God?

The truth is we can! The question is – are we willing?
