A couple of Saturdays ago, we hosted another Car Care event in which various mechanics in our congregation volunteered their time to change the oil and fixed any mechanical problems of cars owned by single moms in need. It was once again a huge success!
The response we received was:
"Wow is all that a lot of the moms could say after they drove away and realized the level of detail and attention that had been paid to their vehicles. . . . . The level of love and care they’ve been shown by your Car Care Day has left many of them feeling quite overwhelmed in the best possible way."
