Brad Cameron

Brad Cameron, 62, has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 41 years, and they have been blessed with three children and eight grandchildren.  Brad spent 33 years as an Advanced Life Support Paramedic with BCEHS both in Vancouver and Victoria before shifting to Superintendent/Acting and Interim Director roles (Victoria, Vancouver Island and the Northern District) for the past six and a half years, serving on various Boards and Committees. After 39 years with BCEHS Brad retired in July, 2022.   Since becoming a Christian in 1985 Brad has served as an Elder and on the Board of Directors for the transition of Camp Imadene’s move from Maple Bay to Mesachie Lake, the Board of Directors with Central Baptist Church and on Central’s Senior Pastor Search Committee.  Brad and Kathy have been attending Saanich Baptist for the past four years, originally to support their children and grandchildren but now with a passion to serve the ‘greater good’ of the SBC family.   Brad enjoys gardening, loves his children and grandchildren, and deeply loves his wife considering it his joy to be a faithful and loving husband to her.  Oh yeah, and golf - a game of endless failure and frustration with the occasional moment of elation.
