2024 Charitable Tax Receipts

2024 Charitable Tax Receipts have been issued and were sent out by email on Friday January 31st. Please take a moment to review your emails for a message sent from "donotreply-ereceipts@sunergo.net". It may have been automatically filtered to your "other" folder or possibly junk. 


It is important that you update your contact information if you have moved or changed your email address.
CRA requires us to have a full physical address and documented permission to issue an emailed Tax Receipt


**If you only Donate by Email Transfer and have not included your email address & physical address in the Memo we may not have your contact information and therefore can not issue a Tax Receipt**

If you would like to receive your Tax Receipt by email and are not sure if you have given consent please contact the office.

WAYS TO GIVE

Whether you’d like to give a single gift, or set up a reoccuring donation, here are five easy ways you can give:

 

PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT (PAD)

One of the easiest ways to give regularily is through Pre-Authorized Debit. To set up monthly or bi-monthy donations or to update your PAD agreement complete this simple DIGITAL FORM.

INTERAC E-TRANSFER

Send e-transfers to giving@saanichbaptist.org
Please include your contact info in the message section. (email address, name, a full postal address is required by Canada Revenue Agency for receipting purposes)
Unless otherwise designated, all donations will go to the general fund. For detailed instructions, click here.

MAIL

IN-PERSON

Give at SBC Wilkinson Road or SBC Centennial Park Campuses on Sundays or at the church office (4347 Wilkinson Road) Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.

WHERE DO DONATIONS GO?

Unless otherwise designated, all donations will go to the general fund.

For other funds please write one of the following codes in the notes/message section of your e-transfer and the amount to be designated to that specific fund:

(GF) = General Fund
(CF) = Community Fund - to respond to acute needs in the community

Spending of funds is confined to board approved programs and projects. Each contribution directed toward an approved program or project will be used with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the board the remaining contributions will be used where most needed.
