Update:
The Mexico team has been busy! During the past week, they successfully built two schools: a two-room and a one-room school.
They also visited the Women’s Transition House and a few members of the team taught a self-defence class. This is important in a culture where close to 100% of girls will endure some form of sexual abuse by the time they turn 18.
The team also prepared food to take to the landfill where many families have no choice but to live.
Thank you so much for your prayers for the team and the people of Vicente Guerrero. Please continue praying as the teams travels back to Canada this weekend and for the tireless work being done in Mexico.
